LEAD

LEAD TEAM --- The ministry of Courage and Risk taking for Christ-

The purpose of the Lead team is to:

1. Look at the future of Monson Community Church. Where is God Leading/Calling us to be in 5, 10, 15, 20 years?

2. Evaluate Every Ministry of the church and report back to Church council the effects of their evaluation.     

               Does this Ministry Involve Christ in Everything they do?

               Does this Ministry reach out to all people, not just a selected few?

               Does this Ministry serve others?

               Does this ministry fit with the long term goals of the Monson Church Council and the Monson Community?

               Does this Ministry Promote the Teachings of Christ?

               Is this Ministry really a Ministry or money making event?

               Does this Ministry Show the Love of Monson for Gods Community?

3. Development of Missions and Mission Opportunities.

               Seek out Mission to Support and Mission to serve.

4. Developing Members for Ministry (Lay Speaking, Emmaus, etc)
